Downtown: Fountain Plaza

The elegant Fountain Plaza condominiums are located on the upper floors of KOIN Tower. KOIN Center is a multi-purpose skyscraper and Portland’s third tallest tower at 509 feet. The KOIN Center has three distinct uses in separate parts of the building. The lower floors house offices and a movie theater; condominiums occupy the top section of the tower; and Portland’s broadcast affiliate KOIN has studio, media production and broadcast facilities in the rest of the space. Radio stations also use the building facilities – the distinctive spire that crowns the building houses the equipment used to broadcast radio and television signals.
